2. Account Responsibilities

You must not share your login details with any other person, and you agree to notify the lotto8 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern in advance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonuses and Promotions

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Termination

lotto8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity over an extended period. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lotto8 will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the lotto8 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's registered payment account.

9. Limitation of Liability

lotto8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lotto8's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lotto8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
